The VersaVoice auto attendant provides you with the look and feel of a larger more corporate company without the expense of purchasing a new phone system. You'll pay only 2.4 cents per minute. Whether you're a home based business, small staffed office, network marketer, or a company with geographically dispersed personnel, we can provide you with the perfect solution to handle your incoming sales calls. You can have multiple mailboxes or extensions in your menu, one for each department or person. Each person can have their own follow-me call routing numbers, private voice mail, fax mail and pager notification options.                          

The VersaVoice auto attendant allows complete menu flexibility. On your main menu you have available 12 keypad options that you can offer the caller. These keys are "0" through "9" and also star and pound. Each one of these keys can be programmed to your specific needs. Each key can be programmed to either...

- Transfer to a single phone number.                                                                      - Transfer to a set of up to 3 follow-me numbers that ring simultaneously or in sequence - Transfer to a user’s mailbox equipped with all the “One Number” service functionality. - Immediately take a message and store in a specified user’s mailbox.                           - Send a Fax On Demand Document.                                                                       - Play a Voice On Demand Recording.                                                                      - Receive a fax. Caller can also dial directly from their fax machine to send a fax. The system will automatically recognize an incoming fax, store it in a specified user’s mailbox to be retrieved from any fax machine or via the internet.                                             - Transfer to a Dial by Name Directory.                                                                    - Repeat the menu options.                                                                                    - Return to the main menu.                                                                                    - Hang up on the caller.                                                                                         - Transfer to a sub-menu with the same menu flexibility.

Virtual Team

The “Virtual Team” menu makes it possible for callers to access geographically dispersed personnel. Christopher, Linda and Joseph actually reside in different states. The VersaVoice auto attendant makes it possible for them to appear to be within a single office location.

The “Virtual Team” example can include any number of individual mailboxes within your menu. Each mailbox carries all the features of the “One Number” service. These mailboxes can be under single key options or can be 2 – 6 digit extension numbers. Each extension has its own follow-me numbers, voice mail, fax mail and personal login information for managing their mailboxes online…

    Toll Free Number You will receive a dedicated toll free number with no pins or extension numbers. Your mailbox is not shared with other subscribers. We have 800, 888, 877 and 866 numbers available.
   Follow-Me Call Routing The follow-me call routing feature can dial up to 3 different numbers simultaneously or in a sequence. Your follow-me numbers can be changed anytime through phone or via the internet.
   Music on Hold Callers listen to music on hold while getting transferred.
   Web Interface Your voice mails and fax mails are cataloged on a web page for you to listen to right over your computer speakers. You can also modify ring to numbers and change availability for your mailboxes.
Caller ID, Date and Time Stamp When callers get transferred to your line, you will hear their Caller ID number while they listen to music on hold. Subsequently you will choose to either press1 to speak with them, press 2 to send them to voice mail, press 3 to send to another phone or press 4 to send them to another voice mailbox in your company. You can also hear the Caller ID number when listening to voice mails.
Call Screening This is an optional feature. You can have your callers announce their name before they are transferred to you.
Department ID This feature allows you to first be notified of why a caller chooses to speak with you so that you’ll know how to answer the call. For example, if the caller presses 1 for sales, the system will say, “Please hold while your call is transferred”. While they listen to music hold, you will answer the line and hear the system say “This call is for” then hear yourself say “The Sales Team”. You can now press 1 to connect with the caller. This feature allows you to answer the call appropriately before you actually speak with the caller. “Hello this is Linda in sales, how may I help you”.
Conference Calling This feature is easy to set up from any phone. You can conference up to four participants.
Voice Mail Full featured with Rapid Call Return, Caller ID and Date & Time Stamp. Messages can be retrieved by any touch tone phone or via the internet.
Fax Mail Your auto attendant service can receive faxes. Faxes are stored right along with your voice mail and can be retrieved by any fax machine or via the internet.
Cardless Calling Card You can make low cost long distance calls to anywhere in the country.
Opening and Closing Times Your main menu can store 2 different greetings. These are the “Daytime” and “Night” Greetings. You can program these greetings to be active at specific times during the day. For example, if you close at 6pm Monday – Friday, the system can automatically activate the “Night” greeting at 6pm during the weekdays. “Thank you for calling Elite Medical Transcription. Our office is currently closed…”
No Busy Signals Your service can handle multiple callers simultaneously. Good for high call volume.
Fax On Demand You can make Fax On Demand documents available to your callers 24 hours a day. These options can be placed under single keys or we can create a custom fax on demand menu. You can have as many fax on demand options as you need at no additional charge.
Voice On Demand You can have a custom designed Voice On Demand menu with your service. This allows your callers to listen to any recorded information 24 hours a day. While you are talking with other callers, out of the office or closed for the day your callers can listen to recorded information on your products and services. You can have as many Voice On Demand options as you need at no additional charge.
Pager or Phone Notification As soon as a message is left our system will automatically send you a page or ring you at a phone number.
Dial By Name Directory This feature enables callers to easily search for an employee’s extension. The computerized system operator prompts the caller to enter 1 or more letters of the intended party’s last name. The system operator will then give the caller all possible matches and allow them to speak with the intended party or leave voice mail.
Hosted Service You do not have to purchase or maintain any equipment. Our service works through your existing phone lines.
Flexible Menu Structure We can configure submenus to create a customized phone tree. You can have as many submenus in your service as you need at no additional charge.
Call Transfer This feature allows you to place a caller on hold with on hold music and transfer them to another person for a live conversation or to a different mailbox for them to leave voice mail.
